Clinical Supervisor & Program Sustainability Manager, Counseling 

William Temple House is looking for a Clinical Supervisor & Program Sustainability Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of our Counseling Department. Along with training and mentoring the next generation of therapists in Portland, this role will also include promoting program visibility, expanding access to care, and securing funding to sustain our low-cost Counseling program. This position closely supports the Director of Training and Clinical Services, and will collaborate with the Director to develop and implement initiatives aimed at achieving revenue neutrality for the department. This position will also include hands-on aspects, such as individual and group supervision and delivering clinical services.

Director of Major Gifts, Development

William Temple House is looking for an energetic, proactive person to join our collaborative Development team. The Director of Major Gifts will design, develop and implement our major gift program, with responsibility for managing and cultivating relationships with existing major donors, as well as identifying new prospects. An ability to empathize with donors and clearly communicate our organization’s mission is key. As a partner to the Executive Director, you will energize team members, persuade prospects, and play a key role in advancing our mission to provide food, counseling and connection to our Portland neighbors.
